I've been watching a lot of makeup tutorials on YouTube lately as I've been wanting to switch up my daily makeup routine. Unfortunately, watching these videos only makes me want to go out and buy more makeup! There are so many awesome products out there right now it can be hard to choose which ones are worth buying when you really just want to buy and test them all!
I've really been wanting to go for a more natural glowy look, since it's winter in Chicago and everything is so drab, including my skin! I read that the
ABH Illuminator,
MUFE Radiant Primer, and the
Hourglass Palette are great for adding that glow to your skin and the
Sigma brush is perfect for putting the products on without over doing it.
I've also heard really good things about the
MUFE Stick Foundation. Usually you would think a foundation stick would not provide a very natural look, but this stick blends seamlessly and feels very lightweight. I think it would be so convenient to have this for travel purposes instead of packing a liquid foundation. Everyone has dealt with the mess of a leaking foundation bottle and it is not fun. To quote Ross Geller, "Why, why do bad things happen to good people!"
The
Naked concealer is something that I have just heard nothing but good things about. I have been using the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer for the last 3 years and I love it, but I use it up so quickly so I'm very tempted to give this one a shot. Finally, the
Lorac Pro Palette. This is one that I actually have had before and let me tell you, it is
THE BEST eyeshadow palette I have ever had. The pigmentation is perfect and the texture is so smooth. I have hit pan on most of the colors so I want to repurchase it!
