Inspiration Wednesday

Some of my favorite pins at the moment. All taken from Pinterest.

One of the apps I use the most is Pinterest. I discovered it almost 3 years ago, back in the day when in order to join you had to be put on a list and wait for an invitation to be emailed to you. I have been obsessed ever since. I get so much inspiration from Pinterest, from food, style, decor, hair and makeup, etc. You can literally find anything and everything.

My current favorite pins have to do with interior decor, pretty flowers and cute dogs. Even though I'm not in the process of looking for an apartment I am obsessed with hypothetically planning out what I want for when I do actually get one and I really want that "You're like really pretty" doormat. Wardrobe wise, I'm loving comfy and minimal looks: cozy knitwear, ripped jeans and booties. This season I have been obsessed with the burgundy and black combo.  Beauty wise, I love makeup looks that really make eyes pop and look almost exotic. I need to practice more on how to do my eyes like that. I'm not very adventures when it comes to switching up nail colors. My nails have consistently been burgundy since November, but I usually go with a pretty pale pink. Since Valentine's Day is coming up I think I might go back to that. I'm also really dying to balayage my hair like Sarah Jessica Parker's. I made a whole post about hair envy and how I wanted to change up my hair, but I really love this look. I've also been pinning a lot to my Places I Want To Go board and Amsterdam is definitely on the list. Also, that quote? So me.

If you don't already have a Pinterest account, I highly suggest you get one! It's a great thing to get all your ideas in one place and a great source of inspiration for you everyday life. I should warn you though, it can be very addicting and has proved to be a big source of procrastination in my life.

Of course, you can follow me on Pinterest too. Comment your Pinterest accounts if you have them so I can check them out!
